2024年10月13日，乐博透平收到了客户的感谢信，对在今年8月份五期环氧乙烷EO装置，美国GE 环氧乙烷循环压缩机组故障停机抢修复产过程中，乐博透平大修中心团队的专业能力表示高度认可，同时对团队在高温酷暑下的辛苦付出深表感谢。

On October 13, 2024, RoyalTurbo received a letter of appreciation from a client, acknowledging the exceptional professional capabilities of the RoyalTurbo overhaul center team. This recognition came in light of their efforts during the emergency repairs and resumption of production following the breakdown of the American GE ethylene oxide (EO) recycling compressor unit at the EO plant in August this year. The client also expressed profound gratitude for the team's dedication and hard work in the extreme heat.

因机组停运，用户将造成巨大经济损失，用户为快速复产降低损失，邀请了多家服务商赶赴现场查看机组拆检情况，但在了解到机组高/低速轴轴承位、叶轮轴推力盘和各轴承磨损严重后，均认为修旧不可能，只有换新一条路。换新，仅德国BHS变速箱，交货周期就长达8个月以上。

Due to the unit's shutdown, the user faced the risk of significant economic losses. To quickly resume production and reduce these losses, the user invited multiple service providers to inspect the unit. However, after assessing the severe wear on the high/low-speed shaft bearings, impeller thrust plates, and various other bearings, all service providers concluded that repairs were impossible and that replacing the parts was the only solution. For instance, replacing the German BHS gearbox alone would have required more than eight months of lead time.
