随着乐博透平撬装和大修工厂的建成投产,公司国内和海外业务快速扩张,市场变化及员工团队的不断发展壮大,对公司的战略规划、组织管理、部门协同、绩效考核,都提出了新的更高要求。
With the commissioning of RoyalTurbo’s new turbo packaging and overhaul factory, the company is experiencing rapid growth in both domestic and international markets. This expansion, coupled with evolving market dynamics and a growing team, has created new, elevated expectations for our strategic planning, organizational management, cross-departmental collaboration, and performance management systems.
2025年11月9-10号, 公司启动为期18个月的2026追求卓越 “战略•组织•绩效 ”持续提升项目,确保公司新的3年战略规划目标切实落地执行。
To ensure the successful execution of our new three-year strategic roadmap, the company launched the “2026 Pursuit of Excellence: Strategy•Organization•Performance” Continuous Improvement Program on November 9-10, 2025. This comprehensive initiative will span 18 months.
公司携手外聘导师——原华为东南亚国家总经理 & 原麦肯锡战略营销全球合伙人 何麟老师/王志斌老师团队, 开启了第一次入企调研培训。
Marking the program’s commencement, we conducted our first on-site diagnostic and training session in collaboration with our external consultants: a team led by Mr. He Lin, former Country Manager of Huawei Southeast Asia and former Global Partner for Strategic Marketing at McKinsey, and Mr. Wang Zhibin.
