【乐博团建】踏秋四明·聚力同行

2025年11月21日至22日，乐博集团全体员工暂别忙碌的工作，走进宁波余姚的青山绿水间，开启了一场以"凝聚·突破·成长"为主题的团建之旅。两天时间里，我们用脚步丈量自然，用笑声传递温暖，用协作诠释团队精神。现在，让我们通过镜头定格的精彩瞬间，重温这场充满活力的团队之约！

From November 21st to 22nd, 2025, the entire team of RoyalTurbo Energy Group temporarily stepped away from their busy schedules and immersed themselves in the picturesque landscapes of Yuyao, Ningbo, embarking on a team-building journey themed “Cohesion · Breakthrough · Growth.” Over these two days, we traversed nature with our footsteps, shared warmth through laughter, and demonstrated true teamwork through collaboration. Now, let’s revisit the vibrant moments captured through our lens!

 

Day1：山水为伴，初见欢颜

 

上午 |四明湖畔，定格团队风采

晨光微露，团队抵达四明湖山水湿地。碧波荡漾的湖面与层林尽染的秋色交相辉映，全员大合影中，一张张笑脸与自然风光融为一体，展现出乐博人蓬勃向上的精神风貌。

As dawn broke, the team arrived at the Siming Lake ShanShui Wetland. The shimmering lake surface, set against the autumn foliage, created a stunning backdrop. In the group photo, everyone’s smiling faces blended seamlessly with the natural scenery, showcasing the vibrant spirit of the RoyalTurbo team.

 

中午 |梁弄农家菜，品味舌尖乡情

午餐时分，大家围坐一桌，品尝地道的梁弄农家菜。朴实的食材中蕴含着浓浓的乡土情怀，也让团队成员在烟火气中拉近了彼此的距离。

For lunch, everyone gathered around tables to enjoy authentic Liangnong farmhouse dishes. The simple, hearty ingredients, full of rustic charm, helped bring the team closer together in a warm, communal atmosphere.

 

 

 

下午 |四明山观景台，见证巅峰同框

午后，团队打卡白水冲瀑布，飞流直下的水帘与山间清风让人心旷神怡；随后登上四明山观景台，俯瞰层峦叠嶂，全员再次合影留念——这一刻，乐博人与自然同频共振，也暗喻着团队勇攀高峰的决心。

In the afternoon, the team visited the Baishui Chong Waterfall, where the cascading water and mountain breeze refreshed the spirit. Later, we ascended the Siming Mountain Viewing Platform, overlooking the rolling peaks. Another group photo captured the moment – a testament to the team’s harmony with nature and our shared resolve to strive for the pinnacle.

 在"合力筑梦""水果连连看""数字卡片""沙场点兵"等游戏中，各队默契配合、斗智斗勇。最终，透平队凭借出色的策略与执行力夺得胜利收获了奖杯，但比奖杯更珍贵的——团队的信任与凝聚力。

In games like “Building Dreams Together” “Fruit Match” “Number Cards” and “Battlefield Selection”, the teams demonstrated tacit coordination and strategic wit. Ultimately, the Turbine Team clinched victory with outstanding strategy and execution, winning the trophy. Yet, what was even more precious was the trust and cohesion forged within the team.

 

 

夜晚 |姚宴烛光，共庆生辰暖意

晚餐的姚宴让味蕾沉浸在江南风味中，而第四季度生日会的惊喜环节更将气氛推向高潮。寿星们戴上生日帽，在烛光与祝福中许下心愿，歌声、笑声、掌声交织成最温暖的乐章。

The Yuyao-style banquet was a delight for the senses, treating every palate to the distinctive flavors of the Jiangnan region. The evening reached its peak with the surprise for our Q4 birthday celebration. Amidst the soft candlelight and heartfelt cheers, our birthday stars donned their festive hats and made wishes, while songs, laughter, and applause blended into a warm and joyful symphony.

 

 

深夜 |KTV欢歌，同谱乐博情长

饭后，KTV的欢唱环节延续了这份热情，平日里严谨的同事们，此刻也化身"麦霸"，用歌声释放压力，展现多彩一面。

The evening’s warmth continued into a lively KTV session. Our usually reserved colleagues happily let loose, seizing the microphone to sing their hearts out, sharing laughter and building deeper connections through music.

 

Day2：挑战自我，突破极限

丹山赤水景区 |玻璃桥上的勇气之旅

次日，团队转战丹山赤水景区。站在透明玻璃桥上俯瞰峡谷，有人屏息凝神，有人欢呼雀跃——这一步，是挑战恐惧的勇气，也是突破自我的见证。随后的玻璃滑道则让全员化身"追风少年"，在速度与激情中释放活力。

The next day, the team moved to the Danshan Chishui Scenic Area. Standing on the transparent glass bridge overlooking the canyon, some held their breath in awe, while others cheered with excitement – each step represented courage in facing fears and a personal breakthrough. Later, the glass slide turned everyone into “wind-chasing youths”, unleashing their vitality amid speed and excitement.

 

 

柿林村午餐 |乡土记忆的延续

柿林村的合影中，青瓦白墙与团队红装形成鲜明对比，定格成一幅和谐的乡村画卷。午餐的农家菜再次以地道风味征服味蕾，为下午的挑战蓄满能量。

In the group photo at Shilin Village, our team’s vibrant red attire stood in sharp yet beautiful contrast against the traditional blue-grey tiles and white walls, together forming a harmonious picture of rural charm. Lunch offered another round of authentic farm-to-table local dishes, whose hearty flavors won everyone over and recharged us for the challenges ahead.

 

 

第九洞天大穿越 |团队协作再升级

下午的素质拓展活动"第九洞天大穿越"将团队协作推向新高度！面对高空绳索、攀岩墙等挑战，成员们互相鼓励、携手共进，用行动诠释了"一个人可以走得快，但一群人才能走得远"的团队精神。

The afternoon’s quality development activity, “The 9th Cave Heaven Great Adventure” took teamwork to new heights! Facing challenges like high-altitude rope courses and climbing walls, team members encouraged and supported each other, embodying the spirit that “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.”

 

 

两天的团建在欢声笑语中落下帷幕，但乐博人的故事远未结束。从四明湖的初见到丹山赤水的挑战，从田间地头的欢笑到玻璃桥上的呐喊，我们用脚步丈量团队的温度，用协作书写成长的篇章。
